A Wisconsin native residing in Wauwatosa, Cody brings a decade of client relations and business development experience to Honey Lane, most recently as Regional Sales Manager for Tommy Hilfiger, where he managed and grew hundreds of accounts across 13 states. In nearly three years with Honey Lane, he has built deep expertise in full cycle recruiting, sharing search and client relations responsibilities with Brayden while also running engagements independently across every discipline the firm serves. His command of each project, from candidate pool to client priorities, allows him to manage the recruiting process and the client relationship with equal precision, from first conversation through placement.
With extensive experience in Executive Search and Consulting, Brayden has evolved into a seasoned expert in the full-cycle executive recruitment space, across multiple industries. He has collaborated with leading hospitality brands, AAA-rated destination resorts, billion-dollar economic development organizations, and prominent privately held companies. His deep understanding of the pivotal role talent plays in an organization's success drives his commitment to identifying and securing top-tier candidates for his clients. Brayden's expertise in recruitment processes, negotiations, and sales ensures exceptional service and results for every partnership he fosters.
